I recently stayed at Grande Casa and had a wonderful experience. The sport facilities were top-notch and I enjoyed using the clean pools and soccer fields. The receptionists were kind and helpful, and the staff at the hotel and restaurant went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The terrace of my room was a nice bonus, and the air conditioning worked perfectly well. The overall design of the hotel was nice, and the property itself was large and impressive. Additionally, the gym was excellent, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine.

The restaurant onsite was excellent. The Amazing location for the price. The a swimming pool was a bonus for relaxing.

We loved the beautiful park setting, great swimming pool, and the farewell present of a bottle of wine. The staff were very informative about the nearby attractions.

Loved the excitement of trying to find the hidden entrance, and the anticipation of exploring the huge hotel and sports complex. The self-contained bungalow was spacious and a bargain. Breakfast was great and the staff spoke perfect English. Perfect for families.

Really enjoyed the tired appearance of the buildings, especially the construction zone surprise outside my room. The restaurant was a pub - I much prefer a fine dining experience.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk or a quick cab ride to the main attractions. The design and property are stunning, with a fantastic gym. a jaw-dropping experience!

I had such a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, situated in a beautiful park surrounded by nature. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The service here is top-notch, from the car hire and airport shuttle to the dry cleaning and housekeeping services. They even welcomed me with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a terrace or balcony. I particularly enjoyed lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and soaking up the sun on the spacious sun terrace. It was such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. It's perfect for families too, with a children's pool and play area.

Great introduction and familirisation with the venue and the town activites and points of interest. location is excellent and great access to all things to do in Greymouth Great interaction with others in the bar who were also staying Access to 24 hour cofee/tea and dining facility Comp cards for drinks in the onsite bar are a good idea and very reasonable, however make sure you only have the 1 paid to get the second drink free as the prices are slightly higher that the other bars locally

The pictures were not truly representative of the site, it is tired looking and could do with a revamp throughout. If your idea of breakfast is tea/cofee and toast with jam then this will suit you well, however if you want continental or cooked best to look elsewhere or go down the road to the nearest cafe (4 doors away) Be prepared to supply your own milk for hot drinks as this is not supplied and not mentioned in the advert The bed in the room we used with it's own ensuite could do with replacing as it is firm and very squeaky not good for adult bedroom behaviours if you are a smoker the facilities do not provide covered seated areas for you, there is only the balcony out the front which does not have an ashtray This is definitely a Backpackers of a lower order if you want cheap, comfortable and just a stopover then this the place for you

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, it made our stay extra special. The pool was a big plus and we loved spending our days lounging by the water. The breakfast spread was incredible and kept us fueled for our adventurous days. The sport opportunities were off the charts, with plenty of options to keep active and have fun. We couldn't have asked for a better value for our money.

We had so much fun with our friends and the hotel had the best activities for us young and energetic teenagers. We played tennis, table tennis, and billiards, and it was non-stop fun! The 24-hour reception also helped us organize awesome tours, like exploring the local caves and hiking to breathtaking viewpoints. Plus, the hotel had a pool where we could chill and cool off after our adventures. It was the perfect vacation for us!

If there's one thing we'd ask for, it would be more exciting nightlife options for us party-loving teenagers. It would have been great to have some fun parties or even a dance floor where we could groove to some sick beats.

Was upgraded to an ensuite room with bathroom upon arrival and the host has good sense of hospitality.

I recently stayed at a hotel for xmas and there were a few things I liked. the staff were friendly and made an effort to help me out. , the location was great as it was close to the town centre and there were plenty of tourist attractions nearby. Lastly, the food was delicious and there was a wide variety of options available, including vegetarian dishes.

There were also a few things I disliked about my stay. the room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around freely.

Superb value, spacious bungalow, variety of swimming pools, helpful receptionist, perfect for families. Sport facilities, nice terrace, good air conditioning, winery tour.

very nice staff, center location, bar and playing room...funny multicolor hostel, breakfast was included that was really surprising for this money. I liked staying there.

no questions to hostel.... city in general is quite boring.
